Our unique song-writing series for youth aged 11-15 now has winter dates! Songs for Self focuses on self concept, self-esteem, and motivation. The group is ideal for young teens who are experiencing anxiety, having difficulties relating to others, and are in need of expressing themselves in a safe and therapeutic environment. Facilitated by Accredited Music Therapist and accomplished Singer-Songwriter Natalie Reis, participants will share their stories, workshop their own so...ngs, analyze lyrics as a group, and a record a final product.
