Welcome back! Our showroom is reopening on Monday, June 8th and we can't wait to see you! As we move into Alert Level 3 and open our doors, please note, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority and we are taking the necessary to precautions to ensure a safe environment.... It has been a long 10 weeks and frustrating for some do to the very high call volume we received daily but now our showroom, will open with a slightly different look! -Doors will be locked to limit number of customers inside. We will have a buzzer/ intercom installed at entrance and exit later in the week. - Upon entrance you will follow direction outlined on floor and expected to follow social distance measures. - There will be a maximum of 5 customers in the building. There will still be wait times, lets face it this will be a new normal so we ask again for your patience. -Barriers have been installed at our counters for safety of our staff and customers. - Curb-side pickup Is still available. -We still ask customers to drop water samples off in drop box outside and then enter store once you are notified that the sample is completed. - If you show any symptoms or COVID-19 or have recently travelled please do not enter the building. We would like thank all of our customers for there understanding and loyalty to Clearwater Pools.
