UPDATE ON THE CLUB With the recent announcment of a modified Phase 2 plan for areas like Ottawa, the club has put a pause on all recreational classes and training. Training for our competitive teams/athletes will continue with modifications. Memberships are being put on hold and we look forward to the time when we can train together again. Stay safe everyone!
