Fixtures and fans oh my!! This beautiful sleek fixture from @kuzcolighting was a challenge to level and even more of a challenge to get the cable tension just right so that it would sit square to the room. But it was so worth the effort and it looks amazing! And that @casablancafanco ceiling fan looks amazing and is very silent while operating. #qualitycounts @ Rossland, British Columbia

Time flies when you're having fun! It's been over a year since I made the leap from employee to small businesses owner. Quality and duration of sleep may be down but, job satisfaction, pride, and overall happiness, are record high. I love that I am home every night to see my family. And I love this stage of a project when a house starts to look like a family's home. 1 year in the books. Many more to come.

This is the permit fee schedule from Technical Safety BC. It is not that much money in the grand scheme of things to know that you're getting a safe and proper installation by a licensed electrician who is willing to stand by their work.

I learned a valuable lesson about not taking myself too seriously. FOR THE WIN!! A big thanks to my local Gescan branch and to @gescanwestofficial for hooking me up with a cooler that I would never be able to afford. @ Trail, British Columbia
