"Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound While we won’t be able to worship in person at St James on Easter, our historic bell will be rung at 11 am, as it has for generations in Fenelon Falls. Lo, I am with you always, to the close of the age. Jesus is Risen Happy Easter!

Wishing you could attend an Easter Church Service in person? Christ Church Coboconk will be celebrating Easter this Sunday morning, and we’d love to have you join us! (All COVID-19 rules in effect.) Alleluia! He is Risen!

Christ Church Coboconk will be open for Easter Sunday and throughout the month of April. St. James Fenelon Falls will not be open for Easter Sunday and will remain closed through the month of April.

Christ Church will continue to have regular Sunday morning services, in person, even during this most recent lockdown. All COVID rules will be strictly followed. We have lots of space, extra masks, tons of sanitizers, great music and lots of love to share. And remember, now we are completely wheel chair accessible. Come celebrate Easter at Christ Church this Sunday morning!

Our Mitt tree is up in the Parish Hall of St. James church. It is ready for all those NEW mitts, hats and scarves for children and adults. We know you have already been busy knitting or buying to put on it. The tree will be there until Sunday December 13th, when everything will be removed and taken to the Salvation Army for packing in their Christmas baskets.

Now that the weather has turned cold, we are thinking about those who are homeless. This is a very interesting press conference with Bishop Andrew, held Nov 18th, about the need for a homelessness strategy.
