Feeling the effects of working from home for the last 8 () months?! It's never too late to correct your posture. Try these tricks: 1 - Place your screen straight ahead at eye level. If it's too low, place it on a monitor stand. 2 - Sit towards the back of your chair with your back straight and your lower back supported. 3 - Keep your arms bent at an L-shape with your elbows by your side.... 4 - Adjust your chair height so your feet are flat on the ground and you're able to type comfortably. 5 - Rest your feet flat on the ground or on a footrest with your knees are slightly lower than your hips.
