I started using a new product that a good friend introduced me to you. She was dealing with a presence of mould in her home and having dealt with cancer in the past she has taken on a preventative holistic approach to health. She had her home remediated naturally and the company used this product which is available on Amazon. It is FDA approved with no caution as it is a completely natural product made with thyme and scented with lemon. I now use this product exclusively in my Airbnb and with my clients. It is an antifungal as well as antibacterial. If you are considering detoxifying your home I invite you to try products like this.

Indoor pollution and aerosols While the whole article (https://www.peacefuldumpling.com/bad-exactly-aerosols-envir) focused on aerosols outside, it’s also important to think about air quality indoors too. Factors such as building materials, how a building is ventilated, how we heat and cook in our homes, and the chemicals we use to clean and room temperature can all affect the quality of air indoors.... While stricter regulations have been imposed on vehicles to reduce traffic emissions, urban air pollution can still come from other sources such as household cleaners, paints and perfumes. Researchers in the US looked a levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in roadside air in Los Angeles and found that as much came from petroleum based industrial/household products as from vehicle exhausts. So what can you do? Here are some common aerosol culprits to nix: Cleaning products Chemical-heavy products Sprays Gas stove (make sure your appliance is well-maintained.) Incense, and to a lesser degree candles Wood- or coal-burning fireplace

Many of us are trying to cut back on unnecessary refined sugar and chemicals and toothpaste is one of those hidden places with many things that I personally have no interest in putting in my body. So my friend Jekka shared her toothpaste powder with me and I love it! Just a little dusting on my toothbrush and it polished my teeth squeaky clean and tastes great. The bonus is there is nothing in it that you can’t pronounce (one of my golden rules). This recipe would probably gi...ve you enough for a year. Toothpaste: 1/4 cup of Bentonite Clay 1 1/2 Teaspoons of Cinnamon 1 1/2 Teaspoons of Stevia 1/4 Teaspoon of Real Salt or Himalayan Salt 6 Drops of Peppermint Essential Oil 4 Drops of a Protective Essential Oil I love this powder - a little vial goes a long way and is so easy to travel with! The taste is great and I watched two boys brush their teeth for 10 minutes they liked it so much! N.B. You can do it without the stevia. You can also add activated charcoal or make it into a paste by adding coconut oil.

I will share here research and learnings about health related issues for our home and community. One thing to remember is that if you can smell it you are ingesting and/or absorbing it into your body. https://livelovefruit.com/5-dangers-of-synthetic-scents/
