VACCINE!!!! Effective Wednesday, March 31st, 2021, the HRH COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic has moved to a new location at Downsview Arena at 1633 Wilson Ave, North York, ON M3L 1A5. The Clinic inside Humber River Hospital has closed. Adults who are 50 years of age and older (born in 1971 or earlier) who live in the North Western Toronto catchment area as defined below are now eligible, along with those previously identified in prior emails.... South of Steeles Avenue North of Eglinton Avenue East of Humber River/ Islington Avenue West of Bathurst Street Those people living in the Humber River Hospital catchment area are invited to book using this link: https://www.hrh.ca/covax-clinic-booking/ If you will be getting your vaccine from Humber River Hospital, please note only patients with BOOKED appointments will be seen. There are no extra doses. All doses are accounted for with booked appointments. This site is very busy and more appointment availability can be found at the Ontario Vaccine appointment booking. For those outside these boundaries we can provide the following information: Vaccine appointments can be booked by visiting Ontario.ca/bookvaccine, or by calling the Provincial Vaccine Information Line number at 1-888-999-6488. The Provincial Vaccine Information Line is open Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and is capable of assisting in 300 languages. Vaccinations with the AstraZeneca/COVISHIELD vaccine at pharmacies require an appointment to be made in advance. Eligible adults who are interested in booking an appointment can visit ontario.ca/pharmacycovidvaccine to find a participating pharmacy and can contact the pharmacy to make an appointment or call the COVID-19 Call Centre, open from 8 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week: 1-888-385-1910 Vaccinations with the AstraZeneca/COVISHIELD vaccine at primary care settings remain part of a limited rollout according to available supply and at this time we remain unable to take appointments for vaccinations.
