Buy Online Pick-up In Store (BOPIS) - fast and contact-free curb side pickup. The BOPIS option allows you to shop online and pick up your new gear in store, on the same day. What you need to know: While shopping online you will see options to Ship or Pick-up In Store, here you want to choose the store option. Once you have purchased your gear, you will receive a confirmation email that we are processing your order. When we have packaged your items up, we will send you an additional email to let you know we are ready for you! When you reach our store, no need to wait in line, show us your confirmation email and the educator at our front door will run inside to grab your gear. Thats it - quick and easy contactless pick up of your favourite lululemon gear.

If you havent heard yet complimentary hemming is back! Due to health and safety continuing to be our top priority, the hemming process looks a little different than it has in the past. To support our journey of navigating safe physical-distancing, here is what you need to know: - All garments will be self-pinned by you. There are two options for this, starting with you pinning the garment at home and then dropping it off with one of our educators at the front door (no need... to wait in line!), or you can have one of our educators guide you through the self-pinning process inside the store to ensure you get the right fit. - All products must be freshly laundered before being brought in for hemming. - As we work alongside our seamstress, our hemming turnaround little be 7 days (unless otherwise indicated to you by one of our educators). No need to wait in line to pick up just let the educator at our front door know you are here for hemming pick-up, show them your pink slip (or government ID) and they will retrieve it for you. - At this time we are only hemming pants, shirts, and sleeves - no other alterations to garments will be accepted at this time. If you need specific guidance on how to pin a certain item, our educators will be happy to support you in store or over the phone. - We only offer a straight-cut style of hemming this means we cannot mimic curved hemlines, and special technical features such as zippers, mesh, a cuff, etc. will not be maintained.
