NEW SERIES STARTING! PUTTING ON THE ARMOUR Finally a new series of lessons! It has been a while since we were able to meet in person but thanks to Zeal Holistic Health we have access to this beautiful yurt for meditation. WHEN... Daytime Class: Mondays from 1 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. Evening Class: Wednesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. It is important to arrive at least 10 minutes before class start time. RESERVATIONS REQUIRED In order to allow social distancing, we can only accommodate 8 people plus Adele at a time so reservations are a must. If you have been given a spot for the entire series it is important to contact Adele as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a specific class so that someone on the waitlist can be called to take the spot. You can reach Adele at 613-354-4936. CANCELATION LIST As mentioned above, Adele will be keeping a list for anyone that does not have a spot already for the entire series. Ask to be put on this list if you are interested in taking someone’s spot that is unable to attend.
