I always get asked what my personal goals are and it’s kind of a complex answer. Yes sometimes I have pretty normal goal of wanting to get a bit leaner or maybe building bigger glutes or shoulders (so basic ). But what fuels me is not that!!! That isn’t what keeps me consistent everyday, every month and every year. What drive me is the feeling I get from lifting weights: I feel strong... I feel confident I feel fit I feel bad ass I feel young I feel mobile I feel ALIVE! I FEEL LIKE MY BEST SELF!! I want fitness to enhance my life. That’s why my style of weight lifting (my metabolic blast class, or my metabolic conditioning method). Gives me the freedom to go out and have some drinks on the weekends and some pizza AND NEVER FEEL GUILTY! Finding balance with fitness can be tricky, BUT IT CAN BE DONE!
