Full Body Circuit Training Happy Monday peeps. Wanna build strong quads and glutes? Try wall sits!!! Ofcourse by using some weights you can strengthen the upper body as well. Sharing a simple workout with a few different variations. You can either scroll through your phone , or use a weighted medicine ball or even a pair of dumbbells and build full body strength! If you don’t have weights, try using two small water bottles the same way you would use a dumbbell !... So here’s what the circuit looks like: Do each exercise with 30 second work and 30 second rest. Repeat the circuit 3-4 times with a minute’s rest in between each circuit to finish the workout.
Love This Quote !! From my own perspective, everything I have ever achieved (whether it’s being good at maths, learning to drive a car or improving my health) has been through the sheer act of showing up and doing the work! What are some of the things that you repeatedly do in your life? Good or bad, these habits shape your life and determine the person you are. Excellence, like any habit, is a daily commitment, not a one-off task.... If we pause and try to understand the power of this quote, we’ll realize that every goal in our lives can be broken down into simple habits that we can build. Let’s start by identifying our goals and committing to start.

Of course wearing a mask and social distancing are important, but building immunity is something that local health authorities and news media have completely ignored. The article talks about some important supplements that help to build immunity and also reduce the severity of the infection (in case someone ends up getting Covid).
Been there done that ! Take it from me (and I train quite a lot), it doesn’t work. Clean your diet first, add daily movement and then give your body time to recover by reducing stress and sleeping well! That my friends is literally the magic formula for feeling healthy, happy and energized !!!!

Tobblers Sharing a super easy, melt in your mouth shortbread cookie recipe. Made gluten, dairy and almost sugar free (except for the toblerone in the centre), these are easily one of my favorite cookies for the festive season. Give it a try and you’ll fall in love with them too !! Ingredients ... - 2 1/2 cup blanched almond flour - 5 tbs. salted butter softened but not melted) - 1/3 c swerve (sugar free sweetener) - 1 tsp. pure vanilla essence - A 100g bar of toblerone or you can use sugar free chocolate chips for the keto version Preparation 1. Heat a conventional oven at 300 degrees F Using a hand mixer, cream butter in a mixing bowl on low settings. 2. Add swerve and vanilla essence and continue to mix. 3. Finally add the almond flour and mix all the ingredients to form the dough. 4. Divide the dough into 9-10 equal sized cookie balls. 5. Break one triangle from the toblerone chocolate and place it in the middle of the cookie ball. 6. Now using your palms, press the chocolate down and pat the cookie back into shape. 7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, without letting the shortbread change color. 8. Place them on the rack to cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy them with your tea/coffee. Share the love with your family !!!

In a large bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy then add the pumpkin puree, almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla and mix until well combined. 3. Stir in the dry ingredients and mix well. 4. Pour the batter into the bread pan and bake in preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 5.
