We are excited to announce that we’ll be re-opening our doors on January 4th! Upon re-opening, we will only be running Yin and Hatha classes in studio for now (all TRX, Aerial and Vinyasa classes will be paused until it’s safe to reintroduce then), our class capacity will be maxed at 10, and we will continue to follow strict distancing and sanitation procedures. Once again, we want to extend our gratitude to our community for the support we have received thus far. New week, new virtual classes! We’ve made some updates to our virtual class schedule Virtual Pajama Yin: we’ve OFFICIALLY renamed this much-loved class, and added in a second class on Friday evenings! Virtual Flow into Yin: We will start with a bit of flow with the breath, and lead into a calming, grounding Yin practice. Offered three times a week!... Virtual Strength & Stretch: This class is a low impact, body-weight work out that will tone, sculpt and energize your body. We will end with a restoring stretch. Offered Wednesday and Saturday mornings. See you on Zoom!

Dear Yoga Gen Community, As most of you have heard, Dr. Bonnie Henry has ordered the closure of gyms and yoga studios. Although we have not had a case at Yoga Generation, the shutdown is across the entire Vancouver Coastal Health region and Fraser Health region.
